The film that we’re about to scrutinize today is very untypical and features an interesting plot that gets presented in a hybrid way. The studio behind the production, CzechVR, describes the experience as a “hardcore lesbian threesome”, but there is a short part where it all turns into a foursome that briefly gets you involved. With the exception of a couple of minutes, your uninvolved voyeur perspective is kept intact and you’re treated as a present male entity who is aware of the events and benefits from a higher military hierarchy.

The plot is quite simple, but is being told gradually, in a way that’s meant to tease you and make you crave for some more. You’re a male army general (or any high-ranked military grade which puts you in an authoritative position) and you inspect a women’s training camp. The charge d’affairs from this military facility (probably a commander or major of some sorts), wants to show you her new recruits and how discipline gets taught under her watch. But when one of the soldiers wears the wrong type of footwear for the inspection, the whole situation turns into a sexually-punishing affair whose strong emphasis on pleasure makes you wonder whether or not that commander is a big time selfish pervert.

Czech performers aren’t typically renown for their proficiency in English, and the absence of this inviting communication ability is often felt in most of their releases. But the studio has smartly passed the prerogatives to the tall French seductress Bambi Joli, who plays the role of the authoritative and perverted commander. Conversely, the two other babes play more soft spoken roles that require less talking and more acoustic expressions of pleasure: Foxxi Black is the bad soldier who wears high heels instead of her military boots, while Kira Zen plays the role of the exemplary recruit who gets everything right and will most likely score a promotion.

What do you get when you put three of Europe’s finest women in soldier uniforms and have them inspected by your masculine voyeur self? A weird lesbian threesome – four way hardcore orgy hybrid that will blow your mind.

For this very reason, I took some time to decide whether or not this is more of a lesbian threesome film or it’s better to label it as a hardcore orgy. But what is admirable about this particular release of CzechVR is the gradual storytelling and the ways in which the events unfold at a slower pace that’s meant to tease you. At first Bambi tells her subordinates to get rid of their guns, then makes observations regarding the inappropriate military gear that Foxxi Black wears (who would bring her high heels in an army context?), and after that the punishment becomes both harsh and pleasuring. It’s all bound to be consumed in a passionate Sapphic affair which throughly satisfies the sexual cravings of all parties involved, but mainly focuses on the desires of Bambi Joli.

What is not so great is the acting. Even though Bambi is a real star and she manages to stay in character for most of the time, Kira Zen looks like she’s holding back her laughter and Foxxi Black doesn’t appear to be affected in any way by the fact that she’s being condescended by her military commander. The camera angles and the way in which you move towards the babes is a very interesting take on the voyeur perspective that simultaneously makes it a POV experience. But the downside of it all is the fact that you can notice plenty of acting faults and it becomes hard to take the whole situation seriously.

Most of the time you won’t be sure whether or not this is a punishment sexual affair that’s meant to teach discipline, or if everything is a setup from which you and Bambi Joli profit by abusing the power you have. And while this debate on the ethics of military power abuse for the sake of teaching discipline is quite fascinating, it’s pretty much irrelevant for the context.

As a lesbian threesome, the film is very exciting once it picks up its pace and moves past the early teasing that’s clearly directed at you. Since you aren’t a ghostly figure that can be ignored by their kinky undertakings, their main goal is that of making you feel involved in the events. This goal is only partially accomplished, but it’s satisfying enough to keep you interested up until the lesbian affair really begins. The main clue regarding a possible punishment is given by the fact that Foxxi Black gets the most pussy-licking, fingering, caressing, and hardcore screwing attention. Furthermore, “Army Just Became Sexy Again” appears to simultaneously reward the excellence of Kira Zen in a very perverted way. That’s why, in spite of the poor acting, the final rating is a 9.6/10.

For all the parts that the film gets wrong, there are plenty of great and memorable moments that make up for these drawbacks. Certainly, this isn’t the most intense and immersive experience that you can find on this rather broad and generously diversified market, but it’s excellent in its own way. Throughout its 32 minutes, “Army Just Became Sexy Again” takes its time and slowly grows in intensity. The high points are given by your unexpected pounding of Foxxi Black which turns the whole affair into an impromptu foursome, and the final subjection of commander Bambi Joli to the kinky intentions of her subordinates.

Is this film a deep reflection on the state of our military? Does it subtly replicate the sex scandals that we read in the media? No, and we definitely shouldn’t take it so seriously. If the acting is so light-hearted and no scene can be remotely perceived as a realistic enactment, then we should just enjoy the ride and feel glad that we’re satisfying our military uniform fetish. Women soldiers are a pretty nice fantasy to have, and CzechVR really delivers on this one.

For a little over half an hour, you get to experience a very interesting voyeur-POV mix which puts you in an acknowledged authoritative position that you can’t physically see (much like in video games like Half Life). The benefit is that you always get the best view and move towards the action, so the visual experience is superior to any fixed camera voyeurism that you may encounter. At the same time, it’s safe to say that Bambi Joli does a tremendous job leading the action, and both Foxxi Black and Kira Zen play their submissive roles very well. This is a real treat for the senses and it’s worth giving the Army Just Became Sexy Again a chance if you’re willing to overlook some minor issues. That’s why I strongly recommend this film: it’s unique in its own way, tries to approach the genre in a different way, features gorgeous women, and presents the kind of action that will make you drool and beg for more.
