Even though I’ve presented and debated upon the topic in a previous article from the series, I suppose there is always room for backtracking, expanding on the foundation, and improving the library of reviewed titles.

Without further ado, let’s get to the review itself, shall we?

“Bang My Hot Stepmom” by VR Bangers

This title is indeed a rare gem in terms of presentation and action, and it takes a few steps back from the well-established first-person formula that we saw in previously-reviewed titles from the same sub-genre.

“Bang My Hot Stepmom” is unlike most VR porn titles and once you put your VR headset on and press “Play”, you are transported into a realm where you are a mere observer of what goes on – a voyeur, if you will. The perspective you get is from inside the room (you start in the middle of a doorstep and progressively get closer as the action gets more intense), and you witness every moment of this raunchy hardcore sex event like you are either a guest or an invisible intruder. There is a certain creepiness when you think about it and there is also no backstory about your presence: could you be a ghost? Or maybe that you are the MILF’s jealous husband and the young lady’s father, who was about to intervene and protect the two most beloved women in his life from the young stud who must have seduced them. But something must have gone wrong in your thought process and you considered that it’s a lot better to let it all happen while you watch.

This voyeur role is strengthened by the 360 degree perspective, which means that you can actually turn your back on the events and pretend that nothing’s really happening – though you can still hear the moans and the sounds of a hard penis penetrating a moist vagina. And this fact enforces the idea that you might be the jealous husband and father who somehow discovered the secret of invisibility – or has some sort of out-of-body experience in his sleep. Or maybe that you’re the ghost of the man and you’re there to watch over your beloved ladies.

The magic of this approach is that you have to use your own imagination and decide for yourself who you are, why you are standing there, and if you like what you see. The lack of a story pushes you to imagine and create a scenario that you find appealing to your current mindset. Which, in a way, can be great if you turn it into a thrilling story with mysteries you have to discover by the end of the film, but can have a creepy effect too.

Or it might just make you want to switch to a film that makes you the subject instead of watching some stud you from a 3rd person perspective. Because, after all, this approach belongs to the era of the dull 2D porn (mixed with some 3D elements due to the presence of the VR headset) and it doesn’t really take full advantage of what the technological improvements the VR technology provides for. But then again, it might just seem like a breath of fresh air after watching dozens of films in which you are the stud with the body of a Greek god.

The action is really straight-forward and there would have been no way for us to know what is going on unless we read the film’s title and the brief description about what we’re about to see. And this is a shame, as this makes the action even more generic and suggests a lack of direction or clear plan in terms of what the footage is supposed to depict. It’s like watching a surreal painting of an egg: you will have no idea about what the artist wanted to depict unless you read the label and brief presentation.

From the first moments of the film you see a young stud who sits on a white couch, inside a very large and well-lit house that must be worth a few million dollars. Thus, from the very beginning, we are introduced to a rather bourgeois world that we wouldn’t otherwise have access to. Two beautiful brunettes who are completely naked walk into the room and make their way to its center, where a smaller sofa is set up. You can see that they’re holding hands while they approach, and once they reach their destination, they lean closer to each other and start kissing passionately. Conveniently enough, the action takes place right in front of the young bodybuilder, who watches everything attentively. Once the hardcore action begins, you can notice that the MILF is the one who gets most attention: the stud gives her the rough ride of her lifetime, while her step-daughter gets down on her knees to caress and kiss her.

Most of the film you will notice that it’s all about the young man who tries to impress his girlfriend’s stepmom. The scene in which Ziggy gets rewarded for her supporting role is short and sweet: yet there is something very memorable and karmic about seeing how this young woman gets what she deserves.

What is truly magical about the ending is the sense of a complete cycle: just like a circle that encloses in front of our very eyes. You, the voiceless and unnoticed observer, will find yourself standing in the same doorway you were positioned in during the first few seconds of the film, while the ladies will passionately kiss and the stud strokes his penis in excitement because he enjoys the view. It’s the kind of moment that Shakespeare would describe using the phrase “All’s well that ends well”.

The actresses in this film do a really good job at delivering excitement and appearing to be genuinely into each other. Ziggy Star is the passive young woman who plays a supporting role in a game that is dominated by the strongest and most authoritative. The 22 year-old all-natural petite babe from Arizona will make great use of her flexibility and prove that she knows how to satisfy a woman. Though she plays the supporting role and gets less action than her supposed stepmother, she really shines with her eagerness to satisfy.

Correspondingly, the British MILF Jasmine Jae is possessive, dominant and demanding when it comes to the satisfaction she wants and mostly gets. She stands at 5 foot 8 (1.73 meters) and has a supermodel figure with enhanced E-cup breasts. Unlike her younger partner, she lacks the cuteness and brings a more straight-forward ferocious dominance. She’s a real femme fatale and she knows it.

The chemistry between the two women is so great that you start doubting and questioning the plot. The direct consequence is that daughter-stepmother scenario becomes less credible: if they screw each other so hard and have this advanced degree of liberality when it comes to each other’s body, then it’s not very believable that they’re family… well, unless they are a very perverted one.

“Bang my Hot Stepmom” is a cross-over between the antiquated 2D porn, with 3D elements that are brought by the VR headset: you no longer are the participant, but a mere voyeur who happens to be in the same room and whom nobody seems to observe. This might be a refreshing perspective if you’ve watched too many films in which you are the protagonist, and can be interpreted as a throw-back or homage to the long gone days. However, it feels a bit creepy when you realize that you’re pretty much of an intruder: at least in my perception, it’s a lot more familiar and welcoming to communicate with the other pornstars and be a part of the action. If you’re a part of the universe but you’re completely passive, the excitement goes away really fast, since the VR technology is primarily known for its immersive capabilities. Voyeurism can be a fetish for some, but I don’t find it to be that appealing.

Consequentially, though the action in VR Bangers’ “Bang my Stepmom” is really great, I cannot give it a higher grade than 8 out of 10. The main drawbacks are a blurry plot that is never explained during the movie and which become unbelievable due to the nature of the interactions, and the fact that voyeurism isn’t quite my cup of tea. It might turn on some people, but I feel weird when I’m a spectator in the middle of people who screw each other hard.
