Agreed. No less than 20 Mbps. No more than 60 Mbps. Otherwise quality suffers on both ends. Higher quality causes choppy video due to bandwidth and/or hardware decoding limitations.
Try 50 MBPS
My videos are encode to 8K ( 7680x3840 ) site by site, Bitrate 120 Mbps. Lower bitrate is possible, if that will help, but to be honest you are first one who complaining about this.
Why are the video encodings so extreme? It's either a low-res 1GB file or a max-quality 33GB file. Can't you encode a reasonable version like 5K to 8K with bitrate 20-40Mbps??
