WebXR Hand Tracking Guide: https://vrporn.com/quest-2-webxr-hand-tracking-tutorial/
A mysterious invitation to a secret establishment is mailed to you by a friend. Being the type of person to try anything at least once, you decide to take a look. You arrive at a seemingly regular studio. As you step inside, you are greeted warmly by an attractive secretary with purple hair. She hands you a remote-like controller and leads you to a dimly lit empty room with grid lines. She leans in and whispers in your ear, “Welcome to the Dream Playroom.”

If any of you are having the analog-stick-drifting issue, consider turning off the hand tracking entirely. That symptom happens when the system randomly switches to hand tracking while you’re holding the controller. Turning off the “auto-switching” won’t cut it. You need to turn off the hand-tracking entirely to prevent this drifting issue.
The auto-switching wasn’t like this before. But it had become this bad at some point since Quest 3 launched.

In other words, your analog sticks are fine. Don’t bother calibrating it.
