Egirl VR is a room-scale adult VR game experience that promises to let you watch a sexy and classy young lady in a number of different scenes performing several different acts. So, naturally, I decided to check it out and tell everyone about it. At least that was my excuse for checking out some porn today. So why not?
Egirl VR starts you off with a short demo of their software. I looked around on their site for some info about getting it but I didn’t feel like signing up and registering with them. Apparently, that’s the only way to find out what it costs to buy. However, I’m going to just assume that it’s about $20, which seems pretty standard. That being said, the download itself was very easy to find, and it finished quickly too, which was nice.
Starting off…
The experience is at a menu screen which allows you to choose from the different scenes that you can watch. Because I didn’t register, I didn’t get a lot of choices. The good news is that the download was pretty small and it didn’t take any time to grab and install. I had a difficult time figuring out the controls as I didn’t notice any documentation.
The controls.
Left grip = float down, right grip = float up. Left Trigger = backwards, right trigger = forward. Simple enough, left touchpad moves the menu selection and “chat” selection around. The right touchpad UP accepts the selection. Left and right on the right touchpad pan the camera around… Seriously, before we get to know Alys, we ought to know how to stumble around the experience.
So, floating in…
Starting off in the experience feels a little odd because you don’t start off on the ground, you’re floating in the air while you figure out the controls and which hand each controller is supposed to be in. Speaking of controllers, they aren’t modeled here. That’s good in the sense that they don’t get in the way, but it’s also bad if you have to set one down.
The room textures are crisp and the environment is pretty simple. One thing you’ll notice right away is the female voice. Alys is apparently pretty talkative. She prattles on for some time about the different things that the Egirls offer and what she does in some of the other sessions. It gives you plenty of time to check her and the environment out. There’s even a window with a small tree outside of it for background scenery.
The details on the model and the textures for the skin and hair were pretty decent. Everything looked good and I couldn’t see any glaringly obvious issues where the body came through the clothes.
The head tracking did work and she will turn her head slightly to “look” at you. The body physics were decent and with the animations, there were no noticeable creasing at the waist or popping of the knees, legs, or other joints that I saw.
The breast physics didn’t seem to be too jiggly, but then again the breasts weren’t exactly huge. Towards the end of her little speech on why you should register with Egirl, she does give you an option to have her take her shirt off. Sadly, the bra stays on. I guess perhaps I should have picked up the registered version if I wanted to see more.
Black Vinyl Undies…
I really should have expected them given the demo videos and other scenes, but I was really hoping for a bit more skin. The demo allows you to continue looking at her, but aside from the occasional twisting movement or leg stretch, she doesn’t go anywhere or do much of anything.
So, if you’re going to be stuck looking at someone who doesn’t move around, why not check out the ass? The one nice thing about her not moving all over the place is it keeps you from having to run around the room.
Aaand yeah, it was cool to see that the nails apparently are modeled onto the fingers and are their own objects. That’s nice to see because it’s a little detail that a lot of others tend to either miss or just skip altogether. Seeing that makes you realize that they took the time to flesh out the small stuff too. The detail and curvature on the ass weren’t bad. The detail on the jeans was pretty good and even included stitching. The face model is smooth and hardly shows a hint of blockiness except for just a little near the nostril.
There was, however, a slight problem with the demo map. Apparently, you can walk right out the window and fall through the floor, resulting in the entire world slowly shrinking away as you fall forever into oblivion. That happened… While it would have been nice to have been able to check out some of the other scenes and areas, this was just a demo. Having seen some of the pictures of the other places, and seeing the amount of work that’s gone into what’s essentially a simple starter area, it’s pretty clear that the demo just barely scratches the surface.

The Verdict…
I’d recommend this one. In its present state, it’s worth the time to register (Honestly, I should have just done it anyway, but I was being lazy) and if I had spent $20 on it? I think I would have felt like I got my money’s worth. There’s quite a bit more than what’s in the demo to see, and the visuals are pretty good. Add that to the fact that it’s voiced pretty awesomely, and it’s enough to seal the deal for me. A demo is all about showing off what you have to offer, and in this case, I see tits, ass, and room scale virtual reality porn. I’m sold. Most guys turn the volume down on VR porn so they A) don’t disturb anyone else, and B) can hear what’s going on around them and avoid an incident, or C) don’t want to hear a bunch fake moaning. However, this experience makes you want to leave the volume on, or at least use headphones so you can interact with the character a bit.

thats the thing i liked more about this demo because many other demos do not allow such features to experience.
