I'm finding that the 8K version contains an error causing it to become unplayable, when downloaded. I've made two attempts, with no simulataneous downloads. My connection speed is 77 Mbps, could this be why?

Hi Boris, Playa App would report the file is either damaged or that I need the HEVC codec (which I have). This message would appear after crossing a certain time point during playback. Unfortunately I cant track to this time point because when I replay the file the error message comes up automatically, like its already stuck at this time point. The thing is, I discovered this when I tested the file by checking different time points - I could actually skip over it, but once found the file stays stuck with this error message. @XoXit#98078 Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I downloaded the 8K file, played it on my desktop, and then loaded it to my Meta 3, where I tested it in both the native player and in the PLAY'A app without any issues. You mentioned downloading it twice, but it's possible you still encountered an issue during the download. Large files like this 8K version can sometimes have download interruptions - try re-downloading and make sure your connection stays stable throughout the process.
