Ive since bought a insta 360 EVO itsthe best camera but Someone told me they are no longer being manufactured. The projection I find is wrong it is probably requiring fish eye projection and using equilinear or vice versa. My insta 360 EVO can use an iPad to do the fisheye to equirectilinear projection conversion but it can only convert to 4K. There is a windows app that does 5.7K. The coolest thing about this camera is it has auto stabilization of the image and everyone who have reviewed it cannot figure out how it does this but I can walk with it and it feels like Ive got a steadicam setup attached.

You guysoughta get Lenovo Mirage Cameras. They are about $80 now, Lenovo stopped manufacturing them and they are at least as good as what you are using if not better. There seems to be something screwy with the alignment that I get on no other vr video, like you msde your own camera. Also the video is squashed vertically on my Oculus GO it seems you have the wrong aspect ratio somewhere, if you made your own camera you probably got the pixel aspect ratio wrong. The video camera may not be completely square.
