Drash from the Oculus Developer Forums was kind enough to share his amazing creation Titans of Space.
Instead of writing a whole new review here, I will just quote the first impression response I gave to Drash on the forums. Looking back at this now, it does look like I was a bit overexcited, but it’s really how I felt at the time:
Holy crap….holy crap….
How can I describe how amazing this is? I’ve tried out pretty much every demo available so far and been blown away several times. But I have never sat there just continually mouthing out my astonishment like this.
When you showed the larger stars, I was almost afraid, like I was looking in to the face of God. When you said that the largest one is expected to explode in the next 100,000 years, I was actually apprehensive you were going to show that right then.
Congratulations for making the absolute best solar system learning experience EVER. And one of the best learning experiences ever. And one of the best experiences, period.
VR, man.
Try it yourself! Further information and the app download link can be found at Drash’s site CrunchyWood.com. If you like it, then he would appreciate a donation
