Since the outstanding orgy I’ve previously reviewed as part of this series has really opened up my appetite for French VR porn, I’ve decided to look for the other orgy that the prestigious European studio has released and can be watched on our website.

In my quest for finding that great French-spirited and artistic approach to the increasingly formulaic VR porn scene, I’ve stumbled upon quite a unique piece which is filmed and directed by the legendary HPG (Hervé-Pierre Gustave). Just in case you’re not familiar with his work, Hervé-Pierre is known for his unconventional avant-garde performances (as well as similar-minded approaches) to directing porn films.

He’s one of the pioneers or the gonzo genre, which implies that one of the performers holds a camera during key moments of the film and then might pass it to somebody else for a different perspective, and his contribution gave way to the great POV action we have today – which still dominates the VR porn scenes and is responsible for million of gasps and unbelievably strong orgasms.

HPG, whose career in hardcore porn has begun in 1990 and is largely influenced by the scenes he’s watched in various strip clubs and erotic performances around Paris’ famous rue Saint-Denis (the place where you find prostitutes on the street in broad daylight), is the pre-Oscar Leonardo DiCaprio of porn: each year at porn industry festivals (the most notable one being Hot d’Or), he receives lots of nominations for best European performer. “You’re With Them – VIP at VR Orgy” by Dorcel Vision and HPG Prod

First of all, I would like to begin by saying that I’ve never quite seen anything quite like this: while there are plenty of hot VR porn films with voyeurism tendencies, this one takes the cake for being the least conventional and displaying a note of freshness and originality. Always leave it to the French to break conventions, huh?

Well, how do I explain this? You’re a static observer of the events who finds himself right in the middle of an upstairs room, inside a large and luxurious mansion. But let’s not overthink it: the main characteristic of “You’re With Them” is the freedom to choose what you’re watching and to interpret it however you wish: in the tradition of classic French avant-garde films that you watch without being certain about the intended meaning and the ambiguous ending, this HPG production enables your inner radical freedom.

The film becomes an early tease when the 4 protagonists create a ritualistic circle run as a way of celebrating Hervé-Pierre Gustave’s anniversary in the porn industry. From a director’s technical perspective, this is just a way to let you know that you can turn around in every direction you like, and the fact that the two babes spin in different directions (which makes you chase whichever you prefer) only strengthens the argument on freedom of choice. 

The ladies involved in this scene are the busty blue-eyed blonde MILF Clanddi H. Jinkcengo, and the younger and taller green-eyed redhead Emy Russo.

In the true spirit of their national pride and the nature of the Dorcel business, the participants to this scene are all French nationals who gracefully and beautifully depict the beauty and the sexual habits of their country. Generally speaking, if you want a genuine and original representation of French porn, you shouldn’t look further than Dorcel and their unique productions. Though they aren’t always top-notch or easy to comprehend for more general audiences (they tend to have a lot of dialogues in French), they are a breath of fresh air from the more conventional and pattern-oriented porn industry from the United States and the Czech Republic.

The action itself is really easy, to sum up: there’s an early foreplay part which involves oral sex exchanges (both Clanddi and Emy partake in oral sex on the two men’s cocks, as well as on each other’s pussies), and then the context progresses towards hardcore gestures and events that are worthy of a memorable orgy.

The first assumption that you make is that the 4 performers are actually couples who decide to have sex together: however, the changes and switches that take place throughout the 21 minutes if the action points out to either swinging action, or full-fledged porn professionalism.

This isn’t supposed to happen in a fantasy world, right? You’re an actual participant to a real celebration party where the guests happen to be porn stars.

What is remarkable about the film is also the liberation involved: the actors aren’t bound to a protagonist who wears the VR filming equipment for the POV effect, so a larger diversity of sexual positions is involved. Correspondingly, there’s missionary, there’s doggy style, there are variations of cowgirl, and there is even some kind of scissoring move which beautifully satisfies the beautiful redhead Emy Russo!

Four sofas are conveniently placed on each side of the room, so the participants to this orgy move all the time and exchange partners, positions, and situations. Many times you will have to choose between watching Clanddi perform raunchy oral, or Emy getting screwed with her legs wide open in a quasi-missionary position. Since the actors are free to move around, the action feels fluid, natural, and genuine. They have such a large space to explore and express their sexual drives in, why would they even be static? 

Since there is so much liberty involved, I have to say that my eyes have mostly been set on the bustier MILF Clanddi H. Jinkcego: in my eyes, she has been the more passionate babe and the one who simultaneously appears to be horny and hungry for cock. Her moans, her facial expressions, the way she hungrily sucks cock, and her mix between a passive receiver and a dominant woman have really left an impression on my mind and I thought she’s worth watching.

This isn’t meant to undermine Emy Russo’s contribution, as she has her own charm – but I just couldn’t take my eyes off of Clanddi (at least during my first couple of viewings). The whole point and beauty of this increased freedom are that of choosing whatever you prefer and then trying the other experience just to be able to say that you’ve tried it all.

I can’t say much about the guys because I’m a pretty straight individual who doesn’t gasp when some other dude has an oversized schlong or displays an incredible endurance. They do a great job and get the best out of the girls, which is a great accomplishment – sometimes in the art of straight porn, being a male protagonist who makes the lady shine is a real accomplishment.

However, I do wish I could see more of the ladies in VR porn. This can’t be possible, though, since the status-quo points to an early retirement from the industry by the luscious redhead Emy Russo: according to her Twitter page, she left the porn industry to be with the man of her dreams. Therefore, I’d like to wish all the best to her and thank this beauty for delivering in this scene.

On the other hand, the gorgeous and busty blue-eyed MILF Clanddi H. Jinkcengo is still active at the age of 34. Within the porn industry, she is also known as Eeciahaa Dalifcka and Elysee Paradise, and she has quite an impressive filmography under her belt. That’s why I really hope that she would star in more VR porn films, as the genre seems to really show the best out of her – I don’t really care if it’s done with Dorcel or some other major film studio, she is absolutely fit to deliver high-quality content for our enjoyment. The camera loves her and I personally love her back!

“You’re With Them” is a really interesting addition to the world of VR porn. It’s unconventional, liberating, but somewhat lackluster in some fields.

I’ve really enjoyed this contribution of HPG and would certainly love to see more of his directorial vision in the field of VR porn, but I can’t help but criticize the poor picture quality (as compared to the other previously-reviewed Dorcel production, it’s really low) that somewhat breaks the immersion. I can understand that this was filmed under different light conditions and natural lighting was used for the purpose of making the scene look as natural as possible. However, this shouldn’t come with a compromise in terms of picture quality – the filming equipment should be adapted to the setting and really make the best our of the events.

My only other criticism is the feeling of alienation that you might get, which brings reminiscences from the era of 2D porn. How are you supposed to get into the action if all you get are a few glances from the babes? Clearly, you’re not a creepy voyeur (aka Peeping Tom) and you’re invited to the event. However, there is too little interaction with you, the guest to the party: even if you can’t partake the hardcore action and it was decided that the camera would be fixed, it would have been a good idea if the actors gave you more attention. After all, VR porn is supposed to be interactive.

According to my previous statements, “You’re With Them” gets a score of 8.5 out of 10.

It’s great for its artistic and liberating spirit, it will certainly set you free from the conventions established by other VR porn studios, and that’s why I strongly recommend you to give it a chance. However, it could certainly receive some improvements in terms of image quality and interaction. If these two criteria had been fulfilled, it could have been really revolutionary. But luckily for us, HPG and Dorcel are still producing content, so we might just get an improved version sometime in the future. But until that glorious moment happens, enjoy this invitation to the anniversary orgy of a French legend!
