From many perspectives, “Coffee for Two” is an interesting paradox: it doesn’t attract you as a narrative depiction of a couple who has sex in the morning, but it gets you hooked thanks to the good looks of Lady Dee and her slutty behavior. And this is yet another paradox: their roles imply that they’re a couple, but they act as if they don’t know anything about each other. And that’s something that will keep you interested!
