Let’s be honest about it: none of us really like our bosses. They work in a way that never seems transparent to us, they arbitrarily make decisions that we don’t understand and would have handled differently, and they always have leverage in debates and negotiations just because of their status. No matter how great, sweet, supportive, and generous they are, we are constantly bound to disagree and swallow our pride because there is no way we can win and that paycheck is still a necessary instrument that helps us survive capitalism.
But in many ways, the hated and despised leader dynamic works a lot better and keeps companies and businesses going. If the employees fear the wrath of their ruthless boss, then they become more likely to unite in opinions and work better as a team just because nobody feels completely safe. If the boss maintains the authoritarian attitude, then less time is lost on fruitless discussions, and the potential risks are accounted by the leader.
These organizational schemes have been around for centuries, they’re somehow still applicable, and will not go away until our robot overlords take over and rethink our system.
Yet who hasn’t ever fantasized about sticking it to the boss? Just having that masculine and ballsy satisfaction of filling the mouth of the superior with your cock, making them submit, and having further leverage on some managerial decisions. Even the moments when we figuratively say “Fuck my boss!” are accompanied by such imaginary depictions.
The good news is that VRHush‘s latest release manages to accomplish something unique: you have a tense affair with your outrageously gorgeous blonde bombshell boss and part of the work issues get fixed in the process. You get to prove your worth in ways that won’t show up in the quarterly report but can potentially make you employee of the month.

“Getting a Raise at Work” by VRHush
Perhaps one of the greatest merits of the VR technology is that it allows immersive storytelling. After we finish having fun with roller coaster rides, being Batman, and visually exploring other parts of the world, we’re gonna be looking for some more substance that doesn’t feel gimmicky and enriches our thought and conscience. This is where the narrative part steps in and gives you an incentive to keep on watching and exploring.
Well, the American studio that’s best known for its 360 degrees stereoscopic films is also among the biggest developers of compelling stories. If you read their movie synopses, you will be in awe and realize that their attention to detail goes to great lengths and they try to fuel your imagination and stimulate your senses even when you’re reading words. If the brief written introduction can be considered as part of the packaging, then VRHush is like an early 2000s Apple laptop in a world filled with clunky Dells and IBMs: more attractive and appealing in every way.
Now, after making all of these superlative claims, it’s time to support them with arguments. The narrative of “Getting A Raise At Work” contains all the elements that differentiate average and bland writing from the appealing work of an artist. First of all, the story is relatable and every guy working at the office can understand the frustrations of everyday tasks.
You happen to be a guy who works hard, knows it, and feels like he deserves a lot better. Much like in real life, you turn to your closest colleague and seek validation in regards to your thoughts of self-entitlement. And much like every twist in a fictional story, you’re extremely unlucky and happen to be overheard whining by the sultry and imposing boss herself. Now you have to support the consequences.
Your gorgeous boss Nicolette Shea hears you whining about your status and pay, so she puts you in your place like she knows best.
Yet another great decision that VRHush has made regards the casting and how they chose this extremely attractive young lady who plays the dominant boss. Unlike other studios that don’t pay attention to such details, Ms. Shea is surprisingly imposing, yet so sultry and attractive that she could easily dye her hair black and replace Gal Gadot in her role as Wonder Woman.
Nicolette has the size, the looks, and the attitude: she’s almost 6 feet tall, possesses a mesmerizing pair of green eyes, has all the sexy curves in all the right places, and has even been Playboy Cyber Girl 6 years ago. Furthermore, the second she hears you call her authoritative self a bitch, she confronts you directly, grabs you by the tie, pulls you close and makes sure that you get turned into the little helpless, emasculated, and whiny bitch.
And this bossy scene plays an instrumental role in setting the tone and pace for the rest of the action. The woman with whom you’re about to have sex is tense, demanding, and wields high standards. In the words of the great Tony Montana, you fuck with her, you fuck with the best – except that the meaning is meant to be taken more literally in this context.
The bossy Nicolette wants to see you in her office to solve this hierarchical dispute in a way that puts your manliness on trial and redefines the word “bitch”.
If you basically get dragged into the office, seduced, and coerced into having sex to prove your worth as a man, then you find yourself in a situation of psychological inferiority that makes you the dominated one. That’s right, regardless of the position you find yourself in physically, Nicolette Shea still has the leverage and the upper hand.
She is responsible for the commencement and development of the affair, she is the one who must be satisfied, and it’s you who has something to prove. If you think it through a little bit, this is just regular business of this incredibly hot and powerful woman, and your mission is that of demonstrating why you think you’re better than your co-workers. The main difference is that the actual work you do at the office won’t suffice and you must prove that you’re man enough to offer the five star sexual performance that can turn a dominant woman into a bitch, just like you initially claimed.
If Jung and his great disciple Sigismund Freud were to live in our times and watch this, they would have their minds blown by the complex psychological developments and how each scene exudes powerful sexuality where dominance is constantly being traded. However, there’s a lot more to see and keep you distracted from the deep thoughts. And yes, this is all about the raunchy and intense sex that invitingly unfolds before our eyes for a fleeting eternity that ends too soon.
You nail the bossy Nicolette in all positions imaginable and wrap it up with a strong facial cumshot.
Not only that you get the cowgirl variations, missionary, and doggy style, but the way in which they are presented is truly remarkable. If most films focus on the action that takes place on one bed and there are virtually no dynamics movements when you get up and take initiative, then “Getting a Raise At Work” makes use of that poor office couch in every way imaginable.
At first it’s about being subjected to Nicolette Shea’s flaunting and cocky display of her incredible blowjobbing and riding abilities, so it’s safe to say that she’s in control of the action and shows you that she has the leverage. But then you literally and figuratively make a stand and ram her from behind in doggy style, and when you’re done you also turn her around to frantically pound her bossy pussy and permanently take away every ounce of sass. These are the necessary steps that make your ego and testosterone boost as the action progresses, prove that you’re a worthy man and employee, and leave you with a lasting pleasant memory of the affair.
Words can’t really do justice to the restlessness and intense slutty behavior of Nicolette. In the first part, it’s hard to feel frustrated that she’s in charge just because she looks gorgeous and performs in incredible ways that your wildest dreams cannot even conceive. But the second act shows her more submissive and somewhat sweet and endearing slutty side, which completes the circle and fulfills the narrative and psychological purpose of the affair.
It’s always a pleasure to review VRHush films and I don’t recall a single instance when they disappointed me. Correspondingly, “Getting A Raise At Work” gets a well-deserved perfect 10 rating.
What’s really fascinating is that the story isn’t new, innovative, or original in any way. But the compelling way in which it’s being told, the familiarity of the situation, and the unexpected twists are the hooks that the producers have planted in the right places to keep us interested and associate meaning to the inevitable hardcore POV debauchery.
If the affair was presented without the narrative elements, it would feel awkward in many ways and lack that relatable human element. After all, you’re watching the action from the perspective of a well-hung sex god (played by the charismatic Seth Gamble) who has a standard fling with a fellow sex goddess. Not many people have this kind of intense and outrageously great affairs, so there has to be a meaning for the situation and a meaning for the superhuman effort.
Thankfully, the producers from VRHush haven’t disappointed and have taken care of every small detail. That’s why it’s safe to say that this film is an absolute premium and a gem that doesn’t get the exposure it deserves. It would be a pity to have it buried among the dozens of weekly releases and let it go unnoticed, as it genuinely has something to offer.
As for the performance of Nicolette Shea, I’m still in awe by her kinky display of skill. Additionally, I can’t help but love the way this California lady exerts dominance and makes use of her position, posture, gestures, and every element of verbal and non-verbal communication to express her sexuality. This performance of hers should be added in the resume somewhere high and above the Playboy distinction (which only looks good for branding purposes and testifies solely for the beauty, not for the skills).
If you skipped “Getting A Raise At Work“, then that’s a decision that you might regret. It’s an excellent depiction of where virtual reality porn is currently at in terms of visual presentation, narrative, and performances. It’s a gem that only received 167 retweets on VRHush’s official account, and certainly deserves better in terms of exposure. So make sure that you watch it, have your mind blown, and then spread the word!
