In their time, Alfred’s Hitchcock’s ”Psycho” and Martin Scorsese’s “Goodfellas” were also scandalous and disturbing for conventional general audiences, yet the quality of the production and the excellent acting cannot be undermined in relation to the norms.

First of all, this is one of the best voyeur experiences for the simple reason that it’s well-filmed. If you may, they are the representation of the average citizen who gets imprisoned by the brutal political system and becomes subjected to many abuses on completely absurd grounds. And if you look at the events this way, the whole film becomes Kafkaesque in both absurdity and depiction of power relations.
This is a piece that I strongly recommend, and a perfect example of what the European film school is all about. It elevates VR porn voyeurism to a greater form of art and leaves the audiences just as shocked and intrigued as they felt when they saw a Lars von Trier motion picture. Give it a shot!
