Oculus Rift CV1 Arrival, Unboxing, Thoughts Our Oculus Rift arrived and it's been blowing our minds. Personally, it feels like when I first got my DK1 3 years ago. Except now it has reached much of the potential we have all been dreaming about. Game after game, experience after experience... so many stunning moments. It's like when you were a kid and tried the new game console, but it's so much more. I like to call Oculus the Manhattan Project of VR. They gathered together many of the smartest VR people in the world combined with incredible resources. And they had one mission in mind: create great consumer VR. We were lucky with a 7:59am preorder so we were in one of the earliest shipment batches. Also, our Vive has already shipped, that's arriving soon. Sooooo awesome. Everything is finally coming together. Thank you Palmer, John, Brendan, Nate and everyone at Oculus! This is just the beginning.
