Many people don’t really understand what virtual reality is. You can tell people that it’s like being in the Matrix. But for most people, it’s something that they really have to experience for themselves to get.
There was this recent Time.com feature article I Finally Tried Virtual Reality and It Brought Me to Tears. The gist of it is that the author had been skeptical of the VR hype. But after finally experiencing the latest VR technology, he became a convert.
